Ok, I know this is not "my art". But cooking is an art form too...well if I'm NOT the one cooking that is!!!
This recipe of my moms' though is special...and it took me awhile to get it down pat, untill I got a candy
thermometer!!! And it comes out perfect every time...which is BAD! Because my family/ friends want it
ALL the time....on one hand, it's great that I actually make something that goes over SOOOOOO well with
everybody...on the other hand....well...sugar...calories...can't hardly stop eating it....and it likes me SOOOO
well too, that it stays 'heavily' with me!!!! :*( lol

About Moms' Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
My mom is one of those lucky people who just 'know' how to make great food without a recipe to follow! I did NOT inherit that ability unfortunately! It took me a long time to get her to tell me how to make her fudge so I could write it down, but it was easier for her to make it for me (she said) when I'd ask about it....that is, till I moved far away, then she had to tell me so I could write it down and make it!!!

This fudge recipe of my moms' is a favorite of everyone who eats it- it's so creamy and melt in your mouth friendly, and definitely hard to stop eating!!! Our family and her friends and the lodge she belongs to keep her busy making it from mid November thru New Years. They'd order it year round
from her if she'd let them! She's allowing me to offer the recipe online because she says she's not into computers, so I can sell it if I want to. Believe me, once you taste it you'll see it's worth its weight in gold!!!! Allow me to give you a word of WARNING tho- once you make it- it'll disappear sooooo fast!!! So, be forwarned, you'll either be making it a lot or you'll have family and friends begging you to!
